BUSINESS OWNERS RECOGNIZED AT ANNUAL WINNERS’ CONFERENCE
Recognition given to consultants, business coaches for lifetime excellence, research, training
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. – February 6, 2013 – TTI Performance Systems has honored the best of the best with its 2013 Awards, which were given during a gathering of some of the finest business consultants and coaches in the United States and Canada. The awards were distributed at TTI Performance Systems’ 24th annual Winners’ Conference, held January 20-22 at the Pointe Hilton Tapatio Cliffs Resort in Phoenix, Arizona.
The honorees were selected from TTI Performance Systems’ 3,000 Value Added Associates, or distributors, of TTI Performance Systems’ assessment and human capital management products and services.
Vicki Lauter of Atlanta, Georgia was honored as Selection Specialist of the Year during the awards ceremony, which is awarded to a VAA who excels at supporting clients in the selection process through the utilization of the TTI suite of assessment and benchmarking tools. Benchmarking tools are TTI’s patented system for assessing the precise skills a certain job requires.
Honorees hail from throughout the U.S. and, in some cases, have been distributors and certified consultants using TTI Performance Systems tools for decades. Grant Mazmanian of Media, Pennsylvania was awarded the TTI Lifetime Achievement Award, which recognizes an extraordinary leader within the network who has enriched the industry through collaboration and partnership while displaying the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and integrity.

* Trainer of the Year: Judy Suiter – Peachtree City, Georgia
* TriMetrix® HD User of the Year: Pam Hager – Bethlehem, Georgia
* Consultant of the Year: Steve Graham – Glen Allen, Virginia
* Selection Specialist of the Year: Vicki Lauter – Atlanta, Georgia
* The Bill Brooks Impact Award: Voss Graham – Cordova, Tennessee
* TTI Research Partner of the Year: Ryan Lisk – Lexington, Kentucky
The awards were given by Ashley Bowers, president of TTI Performance Systems, and Bill Bonnstetter, chairman of TTI Performance Systems and Target Training International.
